Refund policy

1 Item Return:

THE BRAND Shopping will accept the return of 1 unworn clothing items With No Questions Asked & Provide You With Free Return Shipping. 

Your return must include:

• Return Merchant Authorization # (issued by THE BRAND Shopping within 24 hours of return request)
• The Tags still attached to your item
• The Clear Packaging with SKU label

Your Return Must Be initiated within 7 days of the receipt of your order.  If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.

To Request Your Free Return:

• Please submit your return request via email at tbrand.shopping@gmail.com including the reason for your return.
• THE BRAND Shopping will then provide you with a Return Authorization number & detailed instructions for your return.
• After reception of your item at our warehouse, an inspection for quality, tags & Return merchant authorization number is made.
• Please allow THE BRAND Shopping 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your refund.
• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• The refund should appear to your payment method within 2-3 business days. *Times may vary depending on each financial institution.

Multiple Items Return:

If you are returning multiple items, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to each item you are returning. However, you will still be provided a Free return shipping label for your returns.

• THE BRAND Shopping will then provide you with a Return Authorization number & detailed instructions for your return.
• After reception of your item at our warehouse, an inspection for quality, tags & Return merchant authorization number is made.

• Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Amazon Purchases:

If you purchased your clothing through Amazon, please file your return request through your Amazon account. You will then receive your Merchant Return Authorization number along with your return instructions.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges at this time.

However, we suggest you return your item, and place a new order. This is at not cost to you as long as the original item is returned in it's original state, with tags still attached. Your refund for the original order will be expedited once we receive your return.

Swimwear, Bodysuits & Intimates Return/Exchange:

All swimwear, bodysuits & intimates, are a final sale. If you received a damaged item, pictures of the damage will be required for a return/refund. Please submit your request via email at tbrand.shopping@gmail.com along with your pictures and including the reason for your return request.
